The focaccia is 3 cm high, easily stuffed, soft, which remains soft throughout the day. Rich in tasty rosemary.

Perennial shrub belonging to the Laminaceae family. The name derives from Latin and means morning dew. From a health point of view, Rosemary is renowned to be anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, tonic and anti-septic. Used in all Mediterranean kitchens, it is popular worldwide.
