From an accurate and careful selection of the best whole wheat flours, a new crunchy, original and tasty focaccia, rich of fibres, of intense colour, is born.

Whole wheat flour is a type of flour that also contains bran and is obtained from 100% extraction in grinding soft wheat.

Whole wheat is made with any part of the grain, in particular the germ (the most refined), while fibre, contained in high quantity, confers flavour, improves hunger satisfaction, slows glucose circulation, producing an irrelevant amount of blood sugar.  Moreover, it contributes to improve the intestinal activity.

Whole wheat flour with a high bran content is produced by grinding soft wheat. It helps digestion thanks to the high content of fibres. Flours obtained from low extractions (70-75% sifting) mainly come from the central part of the grain and stand out at bare eye for their purity and white colour; in Italy, they are named 00 type flours. When the extraction percentage reaches 100%, the so called whole wheat flour is obtained, which also contains bran.

Frozen pre-cooked bakery product  

All our products are FROZEN (-18°C).
Our frozen focaccia, pizza and bread retain the quality characteristics of the fresh product, for the entire shelf-life.
This is possible thanks to our rigorously monitored freezing process. A process during which the pre-cooked product is brought to a minimum temperature of -18° C at the centre, within a short time.

Freezing is the best preservation process that retains the product qualities and integrity. It is the most natural process, used since ancient times.
The client that completes the cooking process will obtain a fresh and crunchy product, as if just baked, within a short time.
